Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategy, Analytics & Decision Support
- Build and refine analytical models to evaluate ATMRO growth initiatives, including capacity expansion, M&A business cases, and portfolio trade-offs
- Analyze operational, financial, and market data to identify network performance drivers, capacity constraints, and growth opportunities
- Develop executive-ready materials (slides, memos, dashboards) to support strategy discussions, operating reviews, and investment decisions
- M&A, Portfolio & Inorganic Growth Support
- Contribute to identification, screening, and evaluation of acquisition targets, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships aligned to ATMRO objectives
- Support financial, operational, and strategic due diligence (market sizing, synergy estimation, integration planning inputs)
- Maintain deal trackers, portfolio performance dashboards, and post-transaction value capture trackers; compile recurring reporting
- Operational Planning & Network Optimization
- Build and maintain models for multi-year capacity planning for shop visits and OE engine output, including scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Translate growth plans into actionable workplans and milestones in partnership with operations, finance, and supply chain
- Help define, instrument, and track KPIs that measure impact on throughput, cost, quality, and delivery; support variance analysis and root-cause reviews
- Facilitation & Execution
- Coordinate and prepare materials for working sessions, leadership workshops, and cross-functional reviews on growth strategy and portfolio priorities
- Drive structured problem-solving with cross-functional partners using lean and continuous improvement methodologies
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups to ensure closure of actions and transparency of risks and assumptions
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Operations, or a related field (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of strategy, management consulting, corporate development, portfolio management, or operations analytics experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, portfolio management, or operations analytics
Desired Characteristics and Experience
- Experience in aerospace, aviation MRO, industrial services, or advanced manufacturing
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and synthesizing complex analyses into clear, concise recommendations
- Exposure to M&A processes (screening, diligence, or integration support)
- Background in consulting, corporate strategy, PE portfolio operations, or internal GE strategy/operations roles
- Familiarity with lean and continuous improvement methodologies
- Advanced Excel modeling skills; experience with data tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python) is a plus

Pay and Benefits:
- The salary range for this position is $ 112,200.00 - 149,600.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.
