You will collaborate with product, design, marketing, and business stakeholders while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment. This role combines hands-on creative execution with strong production discipline, requiring careful management of timelines, revisions, assets, versions, and final deliverables.

  • Edit raw footage, screen captures, product demos, animations, and other visual assets into polished finished videos.
  • Apply transitions, typography, motion effects, sound synchronization, color adjustments, and other post-production treatments.
  • Refine pacing, clarity, composition, visual hierarchy, and storytelling to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of content.
  • Use and update product assets, UI designs, and prototypes to create accurate video captures and motion sequences.
  • Prepare video deliverables for multiple formats, platforms, channels, and aspect ratios.
  • Maintain consistency with established brand guidelines and design standards.
  • Manage asset organization, file naming conventions, version control, production milestones, schedules, and delivery tracking.
  • Track stakeholder feedback, revisions, approvals, and final outputs throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Proactively communicate project status, risks, blockers, dependencies, and timeline changes.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand project goals and translate feedback into effective creative solutions.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and meeting tight deadlines.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Two to four years of professional graphic design experience focused on presentations, templates, documents, workbooks, or comparable business content.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, composition, color, hierarchy, and overall visual design judgment.
  • Hands-on experience designing professional content in presentation, word-processing, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Strong understanding of template design, presentation design, document layout, and workbook formatting.
  • Experience developing reusable layouts, consistent styles, and scalable design systems.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard presentation, document, and spreadsheet software.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or both.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled design or productivity tools.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow established direction, and apply feedback efficiently.
  • Strong visual, written, verbal, and collaborative communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects, establish milestones, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Film/Video Production, Digital Media, Studio Art/Fine Art, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in motion design, video editing, or digital production.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with additional Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience with productivity and collaboration tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and video-editing/productivity applications.
  • Working proficiency in Figma, including navigating design files, updating product content, preparing assets, and collaborating with product designers.
