Are you an experienced motion designer with a passion for creating visually stunning content? Have you worked with agencies before and know how to collaborate under tight deadlines and high expectations? We’re especially looking to expand our freelance network in Asia and are seeking seasoned motion designers to join our growing freelance roster and collaborate with a dynamic, international team on impactful projects.
We value creativity, expertise, and collaboration, and we’re especially looking for designers who bring years of experience working in fast-paced agency environments. If you're a pro at delivering high-quality motion design, creating compelling stories, and working in a remote, global team, we'd love to have you in our freelance roster. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects and push the boundaries of motion design. Engagements vary, with many projects requiring full-time availability.
What You Bring
- Training in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience with a portfolio you’re proud of and a clear explanation of your role in each project
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Cinema 4D, and interactive design tools such as Sketch and Figma
- Strong organizational skills to manage files and collaborate effectively
- A curious, fearless approach to problem-solving and a love for storytelling through animation
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to jump in at any stage of a project and the ability to work across time zones with a remote team

- Collaborate with a diverse, global team to create a variety of content and interactive experiences – from UI animations to storyboards, motion graphics, and 3D
- Think strategically, applying your animation skills to solve creative problems in a collaborative environment
