We're seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Worker to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations in a variety of settings. You'll ensure that buildings, equipment, and systems are functioning properly and safely.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems.

2. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions to repair or replace faulty equipment or systems.

3. Installations: Install new equipment, fixtures, and systems.

4. Preventative Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and extend lifespan.

5. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

 

Work Areas:

1. Facilities Management: Work in facilities management, maintaining and repairing buildings and equipment.

2. Construction Sites: Work on construction sites, performing installations and repairs.

3. Industrial Settings: Perform maintenance and repairs in industrial settings, such as manufacturing plants.

 

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Trade certification or equivalent experience

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Skills:

· Strong technical skills in maintenance and repair

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

· Ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment

· Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
