The National Systems Group serves as the technical advisor to the Intelligence Community and its mission partners involved in the collection and distribution of national and tactical intelligence, including electronics programs, advanced technologies, ground and communications, imagery programs, and systems engineering and launch.

What You'll Be Doing
- Apply Aerospace Modeling and Simulation tools, leadership and technical knowledge for successful development and execution of an integrated space and ground mesh-based system
- Provide insight to customer and Aerospace leadership of issues, risks, and opportunities along with effective and responsive engagement strategies leveraging Aerospace expertise across program and organizational lines
- Act as a spokesperson, advising the customer in formulating, evaluating, and overseeing continued development, verification, and closure of system requirements
- Work across the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense, (DoD), and the US Space Force and multiple agencies to enable integration of mesh-based communications system capabilities.
- Lead internal working groups that enable successful end-to-end systems analysis and integration of mesh-based communications system technical capabilities and environments across multiple domains, agencies, and mission sets.
- Collaborate with SETA and contractor counterparts within scope of responsibilities
What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirement for Project Leader - Enterprise Systems Engineering:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
- Six or more years of mesh-based system analysis experience that includes technical leadership
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with customers, Aerospace program offices, and contractors.
- Experience working with non-traditional contractors
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present methods and results effectively in briefings, formal reports, and informal communications.
- Willing to travel monthly across the country.
- This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
