Our extensive network, in-house team of logistics and ecommerce experts, integrations with Shopify and other ecommerce platforms, and user-friendly portal make us the trusted partner for growth-focused brands looking to expand internationally and create seamless cross-border experiences.
About the Role:
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Passport’s client base, partnering with some of the most recognized eCommerce brands globally. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives to drive business growth.
Passport offers an extensive sales training program to help you effectively approach your pipeline and targets, while also fostering your professional development as a sales leader. We're looking for a self-motivated, growth-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to exceed sales goals.

- Deliver accurate forecasts and insights to refine sales strategies and maintain data hygiene.
- Work with post-sales teams to ensure smooth client handoffs and successful implementation.
- Work cross-functionally with peers in other departments to support mutual success.
- Collaborate with leadership to create detailed account plans for key enterprise clients, aligning sales strategies with the client’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Establish and nurture deep relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the client’s organization to position Passport as a long-term partner, not just a vendor.
- Travel as required (approximately 5-10%) for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years software sales experience with no less than 2 years in a new business closing role.

- A competitive, goal-driven attitude with a proven ability to meet and exceed metrics.
- Demonstrated resilience and an ability to overcome challenges.
- Quick learner, able to thrive under pressure and adapt to new situations.
- Willingness to dive deep into the work—researching, prospecting, selling, and maintaining relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organization and time-management abilities.
- A proven track record of sales success, with excellent negotiation skills.
- Based in the United States, with easy access to a major airport.
