The work is closely tied to portfolio management and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with a strong emphasis on practical solutions that answer real business questions. The ideal candidate is technically strong but also understands how data and tools are used by program teams and leadership in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate Power Apps with Power BI, Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, and other Microsoft tools to improve usability and efficiency

Power Automate and Workflow Automation

  • Develop Power Automate workflows to automate tasks and connect data, applications, and systems
  • Reduce manual effort and improve consistency across tools and processes
  • Design automation solutions that are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with operational need.

Azure DevOps Integration

  • Use Microsoft Azure DevOps as a primary data source for Power BI reporting
  • Develop dashboards that support portfolio management, delivery tracking, and performance measurement
  • Apply a strong technical understanding of Azure DevOps data structures and reporting capabilities

SAFe and Portfolio Context

  • Design dashboards and applications aligned with SAFe concepts, particularly portfolio management and execution tracking
  • Ensure solutions support leadership visibility into priorities, capacity, schedules, and delivery
  • Apply SAFe context to solution design so outputs are practical and relevant to program operations

Collaboration and Enablement

  • Work closely with program teams, analysts, and leadership to gather requirements and validate solutions
  • Provide documentation and guidance to support adoption of Power Platform tools
  • Support change efforts by helping teams transition to new reporting and workflow solutions

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience building Power BI dashboards that use multiple data sources
  • Experience integrating Microsoft Azure DevOps with Power BI for reporting and metrics
  • Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), particularly portfolio and execution concepts
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, effective technical solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical audiences
  • U.S. Citizen

Desired Skills:
