The Opportunity
As a Microsoft Entra ID Identity and Access Management Manager you will lead client support work focused on secure access strategy, identity governance, and the design and implementation of access controls for users and systems. As a Manager you will coach teams, shape project plans, manage delivery timelines, and motivate others to deliver quality while using technology and business insight to address complex identity and access needs within our Cybersecurity practice. In this role at PwC, you will guide workstreams across identity lifecycle management, privileged access, authentication, and policy administration while collaborating across stakeholders to help protect sensitive data and support secure business operations.
Responsibilities
- Leading identity and access management workstreams for Microsoft Entra ID implementations and client support engagements
- Directing planning, scheduling, and delivery activities for access management initiatives across systems, applications, and user groups
- Managing teams in configuring role based access control, user access rights, and authorization models for enterprise environments
- Reviewing identity governance designs, access control frameworks, and privileged access management approaches for security alignment
- Guiding the integration of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and cloud identity services within broader infrastructure landscapes
- Analyzing system requirements and translating them into technical documentation, access policies, and implementation plans
- Monitoring identity lifecycle processes, federated identity workflows, and access control changes to support secure operations
- Coaching team members on delivery methods, issue resolution, and client-facing execution across multiple workstreams
- Identifying improvements in identity governance, access administration, and technical tooling to strengthen service delivery

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
