The Role 

Ludia Consulting is actively seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Senior Functional Consultant experienced in project-based environments and skilled in D365 Project Management & Accounting (PMA) within D365 FSC.  This resource will be expected to take an end-to-end, process-based approach to investigate our clients crucial business challenges.   

Senior Functional Consultants are challenged to understand and respond to clients' varied business needs and work with clients to rapidly enhance the internal capabilities needed to improve operational and process performance.   

As a Senior SCM Functional Consultant in our D365 practice, you will use your business process knowledge and operations consulting skills to quantitatively analyze issues and design and drive solutions to transform our client's business. 


Essential Functions 

  • Create business performance and process diagnostics and assessments. 
  • Analyzing client’s business requirements and facilitate design sessions with clients for their project-based business processes, to include all Supply Chain Management processes including project-based time and expense tracking, sales & billing, and procurement. 
  • Configure, test and train customers on D365 PMA functionality, including project control, sales, billing and procurement solution design. 
  • Document high-level requirements to discuss with developers for technical feasibility to estimate time and delivery estimates. 
  • Developing and testing of detailed functional designs (FDD’s) as needed for business solution components and prototypes, particularly for:  
  • Project Management & Accounting (PMA) processes 
  • Supply Chain Management processes (including Sales and Procurement) 
  • Inventory Management processes 
  • Identify functional gaps and conflicts in requirements and drive toward a solution 
  • Collaborate closely with technical team members for application build, test, and deploy activities. 
  • Assist and/or lead planning and executing data conversion activities. 
  • Proactively drive test planning and execution. 
  • Personable, confident client-facing communication skills  
  • Self-motivated ownership of assigned workstream; work organization that exhibits thoughtful leadership in addressing client’s requirements to design and implement solution(s) for a given process and/or organizational change. 

Skills & Competencies 

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Business or technology related BA/BS 
  • 6+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/Finance & Supply Chain/AX2012 implementation experience or corresponding Projects, Supply Chain / Warehouse/ Manufacturing experience with a full lifecycle implementation. 
  • Experience with at least 5 full end to end ERP implementation. 
  • Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems. 
  • Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology.  
  • Proficient in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) 
  • Strongclear and concise oral and written communications. 
  • Ability to lead people, teams, and projects. 
  • Understanding aspects of business management and strategic evaluation. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Visio. 
  • Highly self-motivated; consultative, client-oriented work philosophy. 
  • Able to work independentlytaking personal responsibility for assigned work - while also comfortable working collaboratively as part of a large team. 

 

Desirable Experience 

  • Master's degree in business or technology 
  • Dynamics 365 Certifications (F&O/F&SC or CE/FS) 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project 
  • 5+ years' experience with D365 Projects (PMA) 
  • 5+ years Supply Chain Management experience 
  • 2+ years D365 Project Operations experience 
  • D365 Dual-Write experience/expertise
