The Opportunity
As a Microsoft D365 CRM + Copilot/AI Functional Lead you will guide client support work within our business application consulting practice, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that help clients improve operational efficiency and support business goals. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach team members, and manage complex workstreams while using sound judgment, technology, and business insight to shape delivery and address client needs. - Overseeing project timelines, scope, and budget while tracking risks and dependencies
- Delivering user training and adoption support to help client teams use CRM tools effectively

- Building relationships with client stakeholders to align solution priorities, resolve concerns, and adapt plans as needs change
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architectlevel certifications, relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM application certifications
