Manage daily activities for the Network Engineering team, oversee operations, develop staff, and ensure adherence to regulations while enhancing customer experience.

$98,900.00 and $175,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. - Provides engineering support and direction for new or existing technologies and current operational initiatives.
- Work with staff to ensure that individual team metrics and goals are being met.
- Ensures required reports are timely, accurate and complete.
- Provides technical guidance and assistance as required for problem resolution.
- Oversees the daily activities of Network Services and performs direct supervision of team members, including performance reviews, career development, and staffing.
- Adheres to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable.
- Knows, understands and follows company policy.
- Establishes positive employee relations through effective communication and ongoing support.
- Performs other duties as requested by manager.
