BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
The Manager, Human Resources will report directly to the Director, Human Resources and will be responsible for providing tactical, strategic, and analytical partnership on a wide range of initiatives to support site leadership and employees.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Supporting business leaders and employees, providing advice and recommendations.
  • Partnering with respective client groups to understand the business challenges and to ensure effective and timely HR support.
  • Collaborating/communicating with team members and key stakeholders to understand their needs, provide status updates, propose solutions, and gain alignment.
  • Overseeing all aspects of employee relations; ensure Company policies are administered fairly and consistently. Additionally, monitor processes and ensure accurate maintenance of employee files and HRIS database.
  • Using knowledge of employee benefit programs to communicate and oversee annual enrollment.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of employee relations, talent management and will focus on delivery of human resources programs and initiative in support of the business and broader Human Resources team.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Skills: Strong PC skills - expert in Excel & PowerPoint; Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate ideas and thoughts in written presentations.
  • Abilities: Ability to deal with issues and subject matter in ways that requires considerable sensitivity, discretion, and judgment
  • Travel Ability: Limited travel

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in human resources or related field
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
