BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Manager on the Billing Assurance team, you'll drive process innovation by modeling, documenting, analyzing, and overseeing process improvements for the billing system. These improvements will enhance the user experience, improve productivity, decrease errors, and increase efficiencies.
WHAT OUR MANAGERS OF BILLING OPERATIONS ENJOY MOST
- Participating with Billing Operations teams to support the continuous improvement and ongoing operations of the Charter Billing System
- Leveraging relationships with residential and commercial businesses to assist in the implementation of defined billing systems enhancements
- Implementing processes to deliver integrity of all billing data, system availability, system functionality and audit compliance
- Working with billing vendors to implement the billing roadmap in support of new lines of business, products, and campaigns
- Utilizing partnerships with Customer Care teams to execute strategic business plans, operational goals, and performance metrics
- Responding to Billing System Audit findings and implementing remediation plans as directed

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in leadership: 2 years or more; demonstrated project management: 2 years or more; business process management: 3 years or more
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
- Technical skills: Expert level knowledge of CSG/ICOMS Billing System products and services; Technical Billing System platform: 5 years or more
- Skills: Knowledge of systems used by cable and/or telecommunications industries to support end user cable, data, and telephony billing, customer services, and accounting activities; knowledge of software applications (i.e., word processing, spreadsheet, Visio, Project, etc.)
- Abilities: Identify complex problems, review information, develop and evaluate options, and implement solutions; facilitate cross-functional communications among multiple teams; communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Travel Ability: 25% travel required
