Vacation Sales Managers work in our Retail Marketing team, selling vacation getaways in Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s®.
ResponsibilitiesLead a high-performing team in a lively environment, leading 5-7 Sales Representatives to engage with customers and sell vacation packages. Sales representatives enjoy the benefit of an uncapped commission, meaning that the more they sell, the higher their earnings—and yours as well! On average, the team can finalize a sale in under 10 minutes, resulting in satisfied vacationers!

- Candidates must be self-motivated and possess a driven spirit, with a proven track record to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment, strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
