Description: Manages the "data about the data," ensuring that every record in the Omny network has proper context.
Responsibilities:
Enter tags for data "provenance" (where the data came from and its original format).
Maintain the "Data Dictionary" that defines every field in the Omny platform.
Update versioning data for the platform’s internal data models.
Ensure all datasets are tagged with the correct "Date of Service" and "Refresh Date" stamps
