The role involves strategizing and executing paid visibility campaigns on Meta platforms, focusing on lead generation and campaign optimization.
You’ll take ownership of our paid visibility on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) – from campaign strategy and setup to hands-on execution and continuous
optimization.

Meta Ads (Strategy & Setup)
- Plan and execute performance strategies on Meta with a strong focus on lead generation (recruiting & new clients)
- Build and continuously improve funnel structures (audiences, messaging, retargeting, lead mechanics)
- Set up and structure campaigns, including budget planning and goal definition
Campaign Execution & Optimization (Meta)
- Launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Continuously improve targeting, ad structures, budgets, and conversion paths
- Work closely with content and design to develop and refine creatives
- Evaluate campaign performance based on lead quality and value, not just reach or clicks
Testing & Creative Development
- Build and evolve structured testing setups (hypotheses, A/B tests, iterations)
- Analyze creatives, hooks, copy, and visuals based on performance data
- Scale what works – based on solid data, not gut feeling
Reporting & Teamwork
- Regular KPI reporting (e.g. CPL/CPA, conversion rate, lead quality)
- Create detailed performance reports with clear recommendations: stop /start / scale
- Work closely with the sales team to assess lead quality and improve funnel handovers
- Align with and report to the Social Media Team Lead
Google Visibility & Optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure organic and paid strategies are fully integrated across all marketing channels.
- Monitor search trends and platform updates to proactively adjust campaigns and maintain strong visibility
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Meta Ads (agency or in-house)
- Confidence in campaign setups, targeting logic, and performance metrics
- A solid understanding of numbers – and the ability to turn data into action
- A structured, self-driven way of working and a clear sense of priorities
