We are looking for a precise Medical Billing/Invoicing Specialist to streamline our healthcare revenue cycle. You will translate medical services into patient invoices, submit insurance claims, and resolve billing disputes to maximize collection efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit clean claims to insurance companies using proper ICD-10 and CPT coding.
- Generate invoices for patients, outlining co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances.
- Follow up on denied, delayed, or underpaid claims with commercial and government payers.
- Answer inquiries from patients regarding insurance coverage, billing adjustments, and payment plans.
