About eAccountable:

eAccountable is a trusted leader in digital marketing, specializing in driving growth for online retailers. For over two decades, online retailers have partnered with us to increase revenue, acquire new customers, and build brand loyalty. Through an integrated multi-channel digital marketing approach, we have helped our clients across many industries recognize quick and extremely impressive results.

About the Opportunity:

The Media Operations Coordinator is a key member of our paid media delivery team, responsible for owning the workflow behind our cross-channel media campaigns. This role ensures that strategy becomes reality—by overseeing timelines, task coordination, and internal handoffs across account strategy, creative production, and campaign execution. If you love bringing structure to complex projects, enjoy working in a fast-paced digital agency, and thrive in the details, this is your lane.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Client Communication Around Campaign Execution: Serve as a direct point of contact for clients regarding timelines, deliverables, creative asset tracking, and project status. While you won’t own media strategy or performance, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining client confidence by keeping them informed, organized, and aligned throughout each stage of campaign development and launch
  • Manage Media Launch and in Flight Timelines: Build and maintain task schedules across 10+ active paid media clients using tools like Asana, ensuring smooth progression from brief to launch
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Workflows: Act as the central point of contact between Account Strategists, Creative (internal and external), and Media Channel Leads to keep campaign deliverables on track and properly sequenced
  • Track Creative Development: Monitor creative asset progress across static, animated, and video formats; manage intake forms, track rounds of feedback, and ensure spec compliance prior to media upload
  • Monitor Resource Capacity: Balance internal workload and external creative partner, flag bandwidth constraints early, and help prioritize high-impact initiatives
  • Enforce Process & Documentation: Implement standardized intake templates, file-naming conventions, go-live checklists, and documentation protocols across paid media campaigns
  • Billing Input: Collaborate with Finance and Account Strategists to ensure entries are accurate, timely, and aligned with contracted scopes of work
  • Post-Launch Follow-Through: Lead internal retros on major launches, consolidate feedback, and help revise SOPs for the next round
  • Own Your Day-to-Day: You’ll manage your schedule, prioritize tasks, and ensure the right things get done without constant oversight

Your Experience Includes:

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or campaign operations within the digital marketing industry
  • Working familiarity with paid media formats and timelines (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, programmatic display, or video)
  • Proficiency with tools like Asana (or Trello/Jira), Slack. Comfort working across productivity tools such as Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
  • Working knowledge of digital campaign workflows, creative asset specifications, and media channel dependencies
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple timelines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to get clear answers, move things forward, and ensure teams stay aligned
  • A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail, capable of prioritizing work and navigating shifting deadlines
  • A team-first mentality and ability to take initiative, delegate tasks when needed, and support others in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary: $70,000-$80,000/year
  • Flexible vacation policy – take the time you need to recharge
  • Comprehensive health, vision & dental insurance
  • 401k with company contribution
  • Beautiful downtown Denver office with company-paid commuter benefits (parking or RTD EcoPass)
  • Opportunity for career progression with plenty of room for personal growth

What to Expect:

  • 1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter
  • 2nd Round: 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
  • 3rd Round: 2 hours of onsite interviews with the Hiring Team

Please note that we are fully onsite work environment, and require daily presence at our LoDo/Union Station office. We are not considering remote, hybrid, or out-of-area candidates, and do not work with outside recruiting agencies.
