The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you design, implement, and refine complex media systems to enable seamless content delivery across platforms. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining elevated standards, while leveraging your knowledge in cloud platforms and media-related services to drive innovation and enhance delivery.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Certification(s) Preferred - AWS Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Proficiency in software development languages
- Experience with cloud platforms and media services
- Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and DevOps pipelines
- Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures
- Experience with AI/ML applications in media workflows
- Familiarity with real-time and on-demand video streaming

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
