  • Experience generating engineering drawings and fabrication documentation
  • Familiarity with mechanical analysis methods including stress, tolerance stack-up, and kinematic analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to work hands-on with hardware through build, integration, and test activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with precision mechanisms, actuators, or motor-driven assemblies
  • Familiarity with spacecraft environmental requirements including thermal, vacuum, vibration, and radiation
  • Knowledge of materials selection and surface treatment for space applications
  • Experience with FEA tools (ANSYS, NASTRAN, or similar)
  • Familiarity with GD&T and tolerance analysis methods
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment or a similarly dynamic setting

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary:  $90,000 - $135,000
  • Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave
