- Develop and maintain a comprehensive research menu of custom measurement solutions (including but not limited to MMM, Incrementality, User Lift, Viewability, Store Visits, Brand Lift, Cross-Media Reach, and other tailored research offerings) that align with client needs and business outcomes
- Develop and manage relationships with external research providers to ensure seamless execution and integration of solutions that support client objectives
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive research adoption, execution and ensure alignment with strategic business goals
- Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of measurement strategies and research solutions, providing actionable insights to improve performance
- Analyze diverse datasets & distill findings into actionable insights; communicate results via compelling visuals, presentations, and case studies
- 8+ years experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution)
- 8+ years of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing executive-level clients, managers, and sellers
- Knowledge of databases, automation techniques (e.g. dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables)
- Ability to analyze datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story
- Excellent communication skills to address complex and often technical solutions, to translate for agency partners and clients
- Exceptional project management skills, particularly managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions

The compensation for this position ranges from $87,750.00 - $182,500.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
