We are seeking a Measurement Lead, Yahoo Ads to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our direct sales force to drive revenue and growth. In this role, you will work to build and scale advanced measurement adoption by working with Yahoo Ads sellers and clients. You will influence executive business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to build and deliver the go-to-market plan for advanced measurement.Additionally, you will assess the needs, opportunities, and gaps our clients experience, equip sellers with the knowledge, resources, market insights and tools needed to drive success and adoption, and work to develop case studies that complement our go-to-market positioning and client vertical narratives for Yahoo Ads’ suite of products.
A strong analytical background, communication and problem-solving skills, plus a solid understanding of digital advertising are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive research menu of custom measurement solutions (including but not limited to MMM, Incrementality, User Lift, Viewability, Store Visits, Brand Lift, Cross-Media Reach, and other tailored research offerings) that align with client needs and business outcomes
  • Develop and manage relationships with external research providers to ensure seamless execution and integration of solutions that support client objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive research adoption, execution and ensure alignment with strategic business goals
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of measurement strategies and research solutions, providing actionable insights to improve performance
  • Analyze diverse datasets & distill findings into actionable insights; communicate results via compelling visuals, presentations, and case studies
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution)
  • 8+ years of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing executive-level clients, managers, and sellers
  • Knowledge of databases, automation techniques (e.g. dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables)
  • Ability to analyze datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story
  • Excellent communication skills to address complex and often technical solutions, to translate for agency partners and clients
  • Exceptional project management skills, particularly managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions

The compensation for this position ranges from $87,750.00 - $182,500.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
