The Mission: Strategic Integration & Control1. Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS)Portfolio Ownership: Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) covering all project phases—from engineering and panel fabrication to commissioning and closeout.
Advanced Orchestration: Utilize Critical Path Method (CPM) and resource leveling to resolve conflicts and mitigate variances before they hit the field.
Scenario Modeling: Conduct "what-if" analyses to evaluate the impact of potential project changes or material shortages on our overall trajectory.
Staffing Intelligence: Forecast long-term staffing needs for Engineers, Programmers, Technicians, and Panel Fab teams.
Leveling Expertise: Collaborate with Operations to resolve competition for specialized technical labor, ensuring our "A-Team" is exactly where they need to be.
Predictive Analytics: Provide leadership with data-driven recommendations on hiring, training, and subcontracting strategies.
Cash Flow Integration: Translate the IMS into accurate, forward-looking billing forecasts and cash flow projections for the Finance team.
Milestone Monitoring: Report on progress against revenue milestones to optimize working capital.
Supply Chain Alignment: Coordinate with Procurement to ensure long-lead controllers and sensors arrive exactly when the installation schedule demands.
Command Meetings: Lead cross-functional reviews with Sales, Finance, and Operations to communicate project health and resolve departmental conflicts.
Visual Dashboards: Generate high-level reporting and visual aids for executive leadership regarding portfolio status and risk exposure.
Mentorship: Elevate the entire organization by guiding project teams on scheduling discipline and best practices.
Meticulous & Structured: You have a relentless attention to detail and a passion for organized systems.
Dynamic Problem-Solver: You don't just react to delays; you anticipate and mitigate risks weeks in advance.
Exceptional Communicator: You can distill complex schedule data into clear, actionable insights for everyone from field installers to the President.
Assertive & Collaborative: You are a leader who builds strong relationships but isn't afraid to hold teams accountable to the master plan.
The Experience: 7+ years in a dedicated Master Scheduler or Senior Project Controls role, preferably in Construction or Building Technologies.
The Tools: Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or ERP systems like ComputerEase.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Building Automation (BAS) project lifecycle and its critical dependencies.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or Supply Chain.
Credentials: PMP, APICS, or similar certifications are a significant asset.
