What you'll do

As the Senior Sales Analyst, Mass and Club you will support the Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Costco business with analytical support and sales plan entry and management. The goal of this position is to assist the team with reporting (internal & external), promotional analysis, trade systems entry & maintenance, contract management and tracking of promotions & pricing, and forecasting. This position will develop the skillset to manage best in class and complex customers with high visibility across the KIND organization.


And this is how you'll do it...

  • Serve as a contact and resource for KIND cross functional team members and external partners
  • Provide support and analysis for business initiatives at top retailers
  • Learn and be immersed in KIND internal systems (TradePro and Anaplan) and customer portals at Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Costco
  • Proactively evaluate volume and spend and understand drivers of swings
  • Assist in creation of presentation materials for internal KIND and external customer meetings
    • Contract management
    • Tracking promotions and pricing
  • You will spend your time: Customer Meeting support: 20%, Customer Portal reporting and Analysis 20%, Volume Forecasting and Analysis and Trade 30%, Internal KIND/ Broker Meetings 20%, All Other Adhoc Sales Support 10%

  • Basic knowledge of product forecasting (SKU level, by week)

You have...

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Finance, Account Management, or Category Management
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of key reporting systems (TradePro, IRI Data, Luminate)
  • Ability to portray a confident and winning attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written skills. Strong presentation skills
  • Proven yourself proficient with Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to apply financial data to make decisions and influence outcomes. This includes margins, retail math, forecast/projections, velocities, and other analytical skills not mentioned

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $71,500 to $89,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
