Responsibilities: As a MarTech Implementation Consultant, you will be expected to lead implementations across growth marketing platforms including Braze, Iterable, Segment, Talon.One, Hightouch, and more. This involves developing a complete understanding of how each platform works and shadowing other MarTech Implementation Consultants to learn the nuances of integration. The candidate will guide each client through the implementation process, customize the deliverables and dates according to the specific project, ensure a successful implementation, and effectively manage all Ragnarok deliverables and communications with the client.
Minimum requirements to be considered:
2+ years of software implementation support experience.
5+ years of experience in client or key stakeholder interaction.
5+ years of work experience in a corporate setting.
Candidates must possess the Braze Onboarding Consultant certification.
Platform experience with Iterable, Braze, Sailthru, Cordial, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Responsys, Cheetahmail, Simondata, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience with cross-functional teams, including engineers, executives, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate:
Possesses mastery of communication, organization, and project coordination with a proven track record of effective routing and handoff.
Ability to consult with customers on their marketing use case in order to advise on the set-up and execution of their program in the platform.
Has strong email etiquette and can communicate with testing, QA, and updates directly with clients.
Familiarity with JSON or SQL.
Ability to clearly articulate/present technical topics to a non-technical audience.
Has excellent attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Is a people person and has a good attitude, friendly, and thrives in a team environment.
Has worked in project management tools (Asana, Monday, Wrike, Trello).
Is a self-starter and motivated.
Bonus skills:
Experience with CDPs (Segment, Tealium, Treasure Data, mParticle) and/or marketing + product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
Direct technical integration experience working inside a codebase.
Has knowledge of how APIs work and proficiency in making GET and POST calls.
Has an understanding of an IP Warmup - including strategy, planning, and troubleshooting.
