As a Marketplace Coordinator, you’ll bring your car-savvy and penchant for detail to ensure every auction listing is accurate, visually compelling and up to Hagerty standards. You’ll work directly with sellers to gather vehicle information, build auction listings and curate high-quality photo galleries that showcase each car in its best light.

What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers to help them bring their collector cars to auction and until the car has successfully sold.
- Collect and verify detailed information about vehicles, including specifications, service history, and ownership background.
- Communicate with our sellers over email and phone, emphasizing the importance of complete photo galleries that accurately depict the vehicle’s condition.
- Coordinate and organize vehicle photo submissions; ensure photo sets are complete, high-quality, and follow brand guidelines.
- Assist sellers with guidance on how to photograph and present their vehicles effectively.
- Guide sellers through an emotional process and work with them to understand the ownership history.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure listings are launched on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records and track progress of each listing through internal systems.
- Monitor auctions over the course they are live and help sellers effectively respond to comments about the car, or gather additional requested photos or videos.
- Work with sellers to reduce their reserves when cars are ending as well as put post sale deals together when cars fail to sell in auction.
This might describe you
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with photography basics and visual presentation best practices.
- Experience with image file handling, resizing, cropping, basic editing.
- Knowledge of or passion for classic/collector cars.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/ interactions, at various stages with minimal oversight.

- This position can be worked as a remote position within the United States.
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
