KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

Market Insights

Identify and assess commercial opportunities and threats, including market trends, competitor activity, funding, and reimbursement changes.

Marketing Plans & Activities

Develop and implement marketing plans to support the growth of existing products and launch plans for new product introductions and changes.

Incorporate and manage the delivery of promotional activities and events into marketing plans, aligned with commercial objectives and compliant with internal and external regulations and policies. Promotional activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Development of sales materials & tools
  • Tradeshows & sponsorships
  • Support Professional Education Programs
  • HCP Engagement and Key Opinion Leader Management
  • Website / Microsite Development / Electronic Direct Mail Campaigns

Product Management

Lead product lifecycle management projects (NPI, Line Extensions, Discontinuations / End-of-Life).

Act as a conduit between global product franchises and APAC commercial leaders / distributors.

Act as a product expert for distributors and Integra staff in the region.

Support Commercial Leaders with segmentation, targeting and positioning of products for key markets (i.e. Pricing, Value Proposition, Collateral Development).

Support Commercial Leaders and sales teams with promotional material, product training, sales action plans, pricing, contracts and tender submissions and product queries as required.

Product Training

Co-ordinate and participate in the delivery of product training for new Integra staff.

Assign online learning modules to new staff via the ICDH platform.

Support Commercial Leaders with the delivery of Distributor Staff Product Training.

Collaborate and co-ordinate with other training managers in the region (i.e. ANZ and Japan) and globally, to leverage expertise and maximise learning outcomes.

Communication

Collaborate with support functions including Global Franchise Leaders, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Customer Service to deliver marketing projects and plans, and provide reports on progress and outcomes as required.

Provide timely communication with Commercial Leaders and Distributors on product supply disruptions, new product introductions and other lifecycle management aspects.

Manage Operational and Capital Expenditure

Manage the operational expenditure budget marketing activities, adjusting as required to meet quarterly and annual targets.

Identify capital requirements to support sales and marketing activities (e.g. loan equipment) and co-ordinate the approval and implementation of sales and marketing related capital expenditure projects.

General

Comply with all company quality standards, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements and perform other related duties as assigned or required.
