This is a contract, hourly role—perfect for experienced professionals who enjoy fast-paced, high-impact work and want the flexibility to engage in meaningful, cutting-edge client initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Create documentation and training to guide users on best practices for AI-assisted content production.

Cross-Platform System Integration

  • Oversee data and content flow between platforms, including metadata tagging, asset linking, and automated publishing.

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, process maps, and training resources.
  • Deliver training sessions, facilitate feedback loops, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and optimize usability.
  • Act as a liaison across marketing, legal, IT, and creative stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding of new processes.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or systems architecture
  • Proven experience integrating AI tools like ChatGPT into marketing workflows and systems
  • Expertise in platforms such as Workfront, Adobe DAM, and Marketo (or similar equivalents)
  • Strong understanding of content lifecycles, campaign operations, and governance frameworks
  • Familiarity with APIs, automation platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier), and metadata structures
