Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:  

The primary function of this position is to execute all marketing activities for assigned Operating Companies, acting as the hands-on marketing resource responsible for day-to-day deployment, optimization, and performance of local marketing programs.

The major objective of this role is to drive revenue growth, lead generation, and brand consistency at all Operating Companies through direct execution of marketing channels including social media, SEO, CMS, email marketing, print campaigns, ServiceTitan Marketing Pro, and other marketing admin needs.  They will be fully accountable for implementation and performance.

Execute Operating Company Marketing Plans & Pilots
Own and assist the complete execution of marketing initiatives for all Operating Companies, translating strategy into fully deployed campaigns across digital and local channels.

ServiceTitan Marketing Pro Ownership
Serve as the primary owner of ServiceTitan Marketing Pro for assigned Operating Companies, including:

  • Campaign build, launch & analysis (email, SMS, review requests, promotions)
  • Ongoing optimization and troubleshooting (CTN and Campaign Management)
  • Performance monitoring and reporting of all Paid Media (PPC, LSA)

Email & Lifecycle Marketing Execution
Build, deploy, and manage email marketing campaigns tied to seasonal promotions, demand generation, customer retention, and reactivation efforts using approved platforms and templates.

Social Media Execution & Management
Plan, create, schedule, and publish organic social media content, focusing on video, for Operating Companies, ensuring consistent activity, brand alignment, and local relevance. Monitor engagement and make data-informed optimizations.

Website & CMS Management
Maintain and update Operating Company websites within the CMS, including:

  • Page updates, landing pages, and promotional content
  • SEO best-practice implementation
  • Content accuracy, brand standards, and conversion optimization

SEO Execution & Optimization
Execute local SEO tactics to improve organic visibility, including on-page optimization, content updates, metadata management, and coordination of local listings where applicable.

Update images on the website, google business profile pages, social media pages, etc.

Respond to customer reviews

Manage print marketing efforts which includes submit and manage creative requests, order print materials, coordinate with print publication companies, etc.

Conduct monthly audits on all CTN’s and website pages.  Ensure phone numbers are working and routed correctly.  Ensure there are no page errors on the website and landing pages.

Cross‑Functional & Vendor Coordination (Ace Integration)
Coordinate with Retailers and approved vendors as needed to ensure timely delivery of creative assets, campaign launches, and platform updates for Operating Companies.

Education & Professional Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience executing marketing programs across digital and local channels, with direct responsibility for campaign setup, deployment, optimization, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple marketing channels concurrently, including email, social media, paid media, SEO, websites/CMS, and print or local advertising.
  • Experience supporting local, service-based, or multi-location businesses where lead generation, call tracking, and conversion performance are primary success metrics.
  • Practical experience working within CRM-driven marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards (e.g., email/SMS platforms, CMS, paid media tools, call tracking systems).

Marketing & Channel Knowledge

  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, SEM/PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and website optimization.
  • Understanding of local marketing execution for service businesses, including attribution, call routing, reviews/reputation management, and localized content.
  • Knowledge of marketing performance metrics and KPIs, including lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and campaign ROI.
  • Familiarity with brand standards, messaging consistency, and ensuring accurate, compliant content across customer-facing channels.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Ability to execute (not just plan) marketing campaigns end to end, including building campaigns, launching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance.
  • Strong content execution skills, including:
    • Writing marketing emails and promotional copy
    • Creating and scheduling social media content
    • Managing basic visual assets (images, videos) across digital platforms
       
  • Proficiency updating and maintaining website content within a CMS, including landing pages, images, metadata, and basic SEO best practices.
  • Analytical ability to review performance data, identify issues or trends, and communicate findings clearly to leadership.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with leadership direction.
