Position Summary/Objective

The Marketing Specialist plays an essential role in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing programs across the full marketing organization. This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing team — ensuring commitments are kept, risks are identified, and roadblocks are communicated — while also supporting the execution of customer- and prospect-facing experiences across our marketing programs.

Partnering across the Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist drives the successful delivery of marketing initiatives designed to build pipeline, accelerate customer acquisition, and support revenue growth. This role owns marketing project management, campaign coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, helping marketing programs move efficiently from planning through execution.

 

Essential Functions / Duties / Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Project Management

·         Act as project manager for full-team marketing activities, ensuring timely delivery of assets and tasks necessary for integrated campaign execution.

·         Maintain campaign workflows, calendars, project boards, and task management processes within Monday.com.

·         Help ensure marketing deliverables are organized, tracked, and completed according to established timelines in Monday.com.

·         Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the timely execution of marketing initiatives and maintain visibility across marketing projects.

·         Ensure team members are meeting committed deadlines and that deliverables are appropriately catalogued.

·         Maintain rigorous documentation, organization, and stakeholder communications across all marketing programs.

Campaign Execution & Digital Marketing Support

·         Partner across the full marketing team to support the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns across digital channels.

·         Set-up campaigns in SFDC and connect data to other systems as needed.

·         Support digital marketing initiatives across social media, digital advertising platforms, and marketing distribution channels.

·         Schedule and publish social media content across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

·         Assist with the preparation and coordination of campaign assets to support integrated marketing programs.

·         Schedule calls for webinar dry runs, add speaker details, and run live webinars as requested.

·         Identify relevant swag items or incentives as part of campaigns.

·         Support events team with tasks when needed.

·         Interpersonal Skills — Team player who collaborates effectively cross-functionally at various levels of the organization in a way that inspires trust and confidence.

 

Qualifications and Experience

·         BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration, or equivalent working experience

·         2-3 years of marketing or project management experience, ideally coordinating marketing programs or campaign operations

·         Working knowledge of social media marketing channels and digital content distribution

·         Strong organizational and project management skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Experience using a project management system like Monday.com (strongly preferred) or Asana

·         Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional workstreams and multiple projects simultaneously

 

Preferred Skills

·         Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com and/or HubSpot

·         Knowledge of Workday and other HR platforms

·         Familiarity and experience with B2B marketing in the HR space

 

Supervisory Responsibility

·         This role does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

 

Travel

·         This role will have minimal travel requirements (estimated at 5-10%)
