Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Activation
- Work with the Senior Campaign Managers to operationalize campaigns across email, webinars, chat, personalization, paid, and other channels.
- Ensure briefs, creative assets, and operational workflows are prepared and delivered to digital teams and agency partners.
- Track campaign milestones, timelines, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
Global Program Support
- Assist with execution of global programs, including webinars and inbound campaigns.
- Support campaign-level optimization efforts, including email nurture workflows and channel readiness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Field Marketing, ABM, and the Digital COE to align on priorities and campaign readiness.
- Serve as a point of contact for operational questions and provide updates on campaign progress.
Process & Enablement Support
- Support the creation and maintenance of campaign playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures.
- Document learnings and share best practices to improve efficiency and consistency across campaigns.
Reporting & Insights
- Assist in collecting and preparing campaign performance data for weekly leadership updates and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Highlight operational risks or blockers and escalate as needed to leadership.
- 2-4 years of experience in campaign management, campaign operations, or marketing program execution.
- Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, digital, personalization, paid).
- Strong project management skills and experience with tools like Asana, Jira, or similar.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
