We’re expanding our marketing capabilities and need a hands‑on Marketing & Social Media Manager to own our digital presence, drive engagement, and support our content and webinars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Ownership: Develop and maintain the social calendar; create, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other channels; monitor engagement and optimize content based on performance metrics.
- Outbound Email Campaigns: Draft, design, and execute email campaigns and newsletters; manage segmentation and scheduling in our email platform; analyze open and click‑through rates to improve future sends.
- Content Support: Assist with corporate content—blog posts, thought‑leadership articles, website updates, and presentation decks—ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
- Webinar Coordination: Support end‑to‑end webinar production: promote events, coordinate speakers, prepare slide decks, manage the live session (registration, chat moderation), and distribute recordings and follow‑up communications.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Research, Design, and Executive teams to align on messaging, gather assets, and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years in social media management, email marketing, or related marketing roles.
- Writing & Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills; strong storytelling ability tailored to professional audiences.
- Digital Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer) and email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Organization & Planning: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines, maintain editorial calendars, and deliver high‑quality work on time.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Webinar Tools: Familiarity with Zoom, GoToWebinar, or similar platforms for live and virtual events.
- Basic Design Skills: Comfort with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools to produce simple graphics and slide decks.
- Startup/B2B Background: Experience working in fast‑paced environments or technology/venture‑studio settings.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret social and email analytics and make data‑driven recommendations.
