Key Responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing projects from inception to delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales, etc.) and external stakeholders (agencies, vendors) to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor spending to ensure cost efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address any challenges.
- Regularly communicate project status, updates, and potential issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all marketing assets align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Analyze project performance data, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Lead post-project reviews to assess outcomes and learnings.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing marketing projects or campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
- Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting for marketing initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
- PMP or similar project management certification (preferred but not required).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
