Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives forward. This individual will serve as the operational backbone of the marketing department, managing timelines, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, improving processes, and ensuring projects are delivered with precision and consistency.

You’ll be a key liaison between creative, sales, product, and cross-functional stakeholders, helping align business goals with marketing execution. The ideal candidate brings a balance of project management excellence, marketing fluency, and strong interpersonal skills

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Drive operational excellence by managing end-to-end marketing project workflows – from intake to delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines and team capacity to ensure on-time, on-brand, and on-budget execution.
  • Prioritize and track tasks, verify project milestones, and facilitate quality control throughout the lifecycle.
  • Serve as a central point of communication between the marketing team and other departments.
  • Lead recurring stand-ups and unblock bottlenecks across stakeholders to maintain momentum.
  • Serve as the administrator for Wrike, our project management platform, ensuring optimal setup, team usage, reporting, and training.
  • Be the primary point of contact for sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding new vendors to support strategic objectives.
  • Refine and document scalable processes, SLAs, and team policies.
  • Manage our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to ensure consistent organization and accessibility of marketing assets.
  • Oversee our Spanish translation pipeline, coordinating across teams to meet business needs.
  • Integrate external vendors, freelancers, and partners into workflows seamlessly.
  • Contribute to reporting efforts and develop presentations to share progress with broader leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team efficiency and output quality.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Communications, or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and best practices (Wrike experience preferred).
  • Experience with DAM systems such as Brandfolder is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to synthesize information and drive alignment.
  • Proven track record working with creatives – writers, designers, videographers –throughout the production process.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
