About the RoleIf you are someone who enjoys organizing ideas, bringing projects to life, and working with teams that want to make a real impact, this apprenticeship is for you. In this role, you will help support day to day project management, agency marketing programs, vendor coordination, and the execution of marketing strategies that reach thousands of Allstate agency owners across the country.
You will work closely with Program Marketing, Field Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing Operations teams. Throughout the apprenticeship, you will learn how to take a marketing program from idea, to launch, to performance analysis. You will also learn how large organizations collaborate and how strong communication can influence business outcomes.
This role is designed to help you build real skills, gain hands on experience, and make meaningful contributions to projects that support Allstate agencies.Candidates must be actively enrolled in a 2year community college and or technical program during the full duration of the apprenticeship program. Students are required to have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to apply. What You Will DoProgram and Project Management
• Support marketing programs from the early idea stage through implementation and post‑launch analysis
• Help manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple teams
• Learn how to track progress, identify blockers, and keep projects moving forward
• Help support initiatives that encourage agency owners to participate in marketing programs
• Be a connection point between internal marketing teams and agency owners to ensure alignment
• Learn how to coordinate with external vendors that support our marketing programs
• Support vendor‑related tasks, meetings, and documentation
• Spot opportunities to streamline workflows and improve program efficiency
• Document best practices and help develop standards that support marketing operations
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Regional Marketing teams
• Ensure that programs meet brand, regulatory, and operational requirements
During this apprenticeship, you will build skills that set you up for a career in marketing, operations, or project management. This includes:
• How to coordinate and execute marketing programs
• How to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• How to collaborate with experienced leaders across several departments
• How to analyze program performance and contribute to decision‑making
• How marketing and operations work together within a large corporate environment
You will be a strong fit for this role if you have:
• Interest in project management and marketing
• Familiarity with digital marketing or campaign execution
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfort working in a collaborative environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Interest in understanding how agency distribution models work
