Responsibilities
  • Own project delivery from kickoff through completion, building and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations.
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams by proactively following up on deliverables, identifying risks, and ensuring work is completed on schedule.
  • Manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives, balancing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Lead project status meetings, track action items, and ensure clear ownership and follow-through across stakeholders.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks before they impact timelines, escalating issues early and driving solutions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Serve as the operational backbone of the marketing team, creating structure, visibility, and momentum across all initiatives.
  • Maintain project documentation, workflows, and reporting within Asana to ensure accurate, real-time visibility into project health and progress.
Required Skills

  • Experience in a marketing or agency environment is required.
  • Proven track record managing marketing programs and campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Preferred residency in the Greater LA area and ability to work PST hours.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and shifting requirements.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a disciplined approach to tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Comfortable following up persistently with stakeholders to ensure work is completed on time and at a high standard.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to keep teams aligned and informed.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ability to travel 10–15% to onsite locations as needed.
