About the Role:
We’re looking for a world-class Marketing Operations Manager to run and grow our marketing programs and infrastructure. This role will be responsible for a wide range of projects including campaign operations, reporting, attribution, ROI analysis, and audience management/data enrichment at scale. The ideal candidate collaborates well with Marketers and brings a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to understand and optimize marketing performance while supporting the scalability of marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
● Own and optimize marketing automation and lead management workflows using Hubspot to track lead status, lead scores, attribution and routing.
● Craft how marketing data is structured and presented to key stakeholders, especially via Hubspot dashboards and reports.
● Enable marketing-related integrations between Hubspot and other core tools like paid ad channels, 3rd party enrichment tools, and event planning software.
● Collaborate with Marketing team members on ABM objectives, events, ad channels, activity tracking, and website tracking.
● Strategically partners with Marketing and Sales leadership on analyzing and optimizing demand strategies.
● Strategically partners with the Revenue Operations and GTM teams on integrating the data, process, and systems from Marketing with the rest of the revenue-generating funnel (Sales, CS & Partnerships).
What We’re Looking For:
● 3+ years of experience in marketing operations within a high-growth B2B, SaaS, or tech environment.
● 2+ years of experience owning technical projects involving data, process, and systems
● Hands-on experience with Hubspot for Marketing Automation and MAP is a big positive
● Experience partnering with demand generation teams on performance marketing (i.e., paid social, paid search) and campaigns — including audience creation, automation setup, campaign tagging, tracking and attribution, and performance governance.
● Expertise in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, campaign tracking, and funnel metrics such as ROI.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Must be very comfortable with large datasets, excel, and manipulate reports independently. SQL is highly desired.
● Self-starter with a passion for uncovering issues and proposing solutions
● You are known as a strong communicator and a joy to work with.
