As the Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll be the engine behind seamless campaign execution — bringing structure, process, and precision to every stage of marketing. This role is built for someone who thrives in complexity, enforces deadlines without flinching, and ensures nothing goes out the door without a final check. You’ll manage tools, timelines, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to keep marketing running efficiently and effectively. If you’re the type who notices the details others miss and brings order to chaos, this role is for you.
Why RTB House?
If you’re a detail-obsessed, process-driven marketing operations pro who thrives in fast-paced environments, this is your opportunity to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a growing team. Own the systems, timelines, and tools that keep marketing on track — and play a critical role in driving executional excellence across the organization.
You Will:
- Own and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and campaign operations from planning to execution
- Enforce timelines and accountability across Marketing, Sales, and with external vendors
- Effectively and efficiently manage Marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and conflicting priorities
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards and processes for performance tracking (e.g. campaigns, events, pipeline)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage marketing tech stack (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, project tools)
- Quality Control all outputs before launch — email sends, list pulls, data integrity, budgets
- Identify and fix operational inefficiencies before they become problems
- Ensure compliance with privacy and data governance policies (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
Desired Experience:
- 4-6 years of marketing or marketing operations experience
- Proven ability to use organization and project management skills to manage complex schedules, multiple stakeholders, and conflicting timelines
- Expert in task management and marketing project tools (e.g. Monday, Asana, Wrike, Airtable)
- Fluent in marketing and sales tech platforms: HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.
- Known for precision, accountability, and clear communication — especially under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate tough conversations without drama
- Bonus: Experience in fast-moving B2B tech or performance marketing environments
