The Marketing Operations Analyst will manage marketing technology, analyze data for insights, support campaign operations, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain data integrity.
Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is passionate about marketing technology, analytics, and campaign operations. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead flow, and funnel health.
- Analyze marketing data to uncover insights and recommend optimizations.
- Support attribution modeling and lead lifecycle analysis.
- MarTech & Campaign Operations
- Own and manage the marketing technology stack, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot (must love workflows, lists, and lifecycle stages).
- Support campaign execution by building scalable, repeatable processes across platforms.
- Assist in the execution and QA of email, digital, and integrated campaigns.
- Support lead scoring, segmentation, and data hygiene efforts.
- Marketing Ops Generalist
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, demand gen, product marketing, and sales teams.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure data integrity and alignment across HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, and Outreach.
- Help manage marketing project timelines, documentation, and process improvements.
- Jump into ad hoc projects and troubleshoot issues across the MarTech stack.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree and 2-4 years experience or professional experience equivalent .
- A bias for action: you move quickly, but with intention and quality.
- A builder’s mindset: you think in systems, not one-offs.
- Startup grit. You iterate quickly, embrace ambiguity, and enjoy scaling systems from scrappy to sophisticated.
- Preferred 5 years of experience in marketing operations.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot—you know your way around workflows, custom properties, and reporting like a pro.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, 6sense, and Outreach (or similar tools).
- Strong analytical skills—you’re comfortable working with data, can hold your own in Excel/Google Sheets skills, have some familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and, most importantly, can translate data it into actionable insights.
- Passion for marketing technology and data-driven decision-making.

Salary range of $70,000 to $100,200 (It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.) The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
