Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid position located in the Denver Metropolitan Area (DTC). This role will drive the marketing strategy and execution for both our network of over 100 franchisees, our franchise recruitment team and our internal sales team.

 

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global marketing strategy that drives growth across three critical areas:

  1. Franchise development (new franchisee acquisition)
  2. Franchisee success (lead generation for leadership programs)
  3. Direct to client sales (lead generation for leadership programs)

This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership and franchisees, ensuring marketing initiatives directly translate into qualified leads, revenue growth, and long-term brand equity.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Development Marketing (Generate pipeline of interested franchise candidates)

  • Design and execute marketing strategies to attract high-quality franchise candidates globally
  • Build and optimize multi-channel lead generation funnels (digital, events, partnerships, referrals)
  • Partner with sales to improve conversion rates across the franchise development pipeline
  • Define ideal franchisee profiles and continuously refine targeting strategies
  • Oversee campaign performance metrics including cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and ROI
  • Manage marketing automation tools

 

2. Franchisee Marketing Support (End-Client Demand Generation)

  • Develop scalable marketing systems and campaigns that franchisees can deploy locally
  • Create turnkey marketing toolkits (digital campaigns, email sequences, social content, webinars, events)
  • Equip franchisees with best practices, messaging frameworks, and training to drive local lead generation
  • Collaborate with top-performing franchisees to identify and replicate successful marketing strategies
  • Monitor and improve lead quality and conversion performance across the network
  • Support key accounts and strategic markets with customized marketing initiatives

 

3. Direct Sales Support (End-Client Demand Generation)

  • Develop and implement marketing and lead-generation strategies to support company-owned franchise in selling Crestcom’s products.
  • Monitor and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with President of Direct Sales to innovate and enhance marketing

 

4. Brand Strategy & Global Marketing

  • Define and evolve Crestcom’s global brand positioning and messaging
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and value proposition across all markets
  • Lead content strategy to position Crestcom as a thought leader in leadership development
  • Oversee PR, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships
  • Manage website strategy, SEO, and digital presence
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and innovation

 

5. Marketing Operations & Leadership

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness across all channels
  • Manage marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI and scalability
  • Implement and optimize marketing technology stack (CRM, automation, analytics tools)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and franchise support teams
  • Present insights, strategy, and performance updates to executive leadership

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in franchise, B2B services, or professional development
  • Proven success in lead generation and pipeline growth, particularly in complex or multi-sided business models
  • Experience supporting distributed sales teams or franchise networks is highly preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
  • Expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and marketing automation
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
