The Marketing Manager will lead the promotion of financial products, engage institutional investors, and drive growth in Assets Under Management while ensuring compliance with regulations.
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of Nawy Shares financial products and drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth. This role combines client acquisition, investment promotion, and capital raising, with a strong focus on engaging institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and family offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the promotion and distribution of Nawy Shares investment products in compliance with FRA regulations
- Develop and execute strategies to attract institutional investors, HNWIs, and family offices
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential investors and strategic partners
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to support investment positioning and product development
- Assess client risk profiles and align suitable investment opportunities
- Support and participate in capital raising activities, including equity and debt issuances
- Assist in structuring and executing transactions, including private placements and public offerings
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence and proper documentation
- Stay up to date with market trends, financial products, and regulatory developments
- Support M&A and strategic investment activities, including due diligence and financial advisory
Qualifications & Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience across investment promotion, asset management, investment banking, capital markets, or wealth management, with a clear track record of exposure to financial products and investor engagement
- Solid understanding of capital markets, investment structures, and financial instruments, coupled with the ability to position and market investment opportunities effectively to sophisticated investors
- Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, or capital raising activities, ideally within a regulated financial services environment
- Awareness of regulatory frameworks, particularly FRA requirements, with the ability to operate in full compliance while executing marketing and promotional activities
- Professional certifications are highly desirable and may substitute part of the required experience.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders and close complex investment discussions.
