About the role

We run three agencies under one roof: Madison Taylor Marketing, Hey Mr, and Studio Motus and across all three, we run marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. We're a small, tight-knit team that moves fast and takes real ownership of our clients' brands. This isn't a role where you manage one account and clock out. You'll be embedded across multiple client relationships, each with their own voice, audience, and goals.

As our Marketing Manager, you'll work across content strategy, social, email, paid (PPC and paid social) and SEO for clients across our agencies. That means adapting your tone, aesthetic, and approach depending on who you're showing up for -- and doing it at a high level, every time. You understand that CPG products have different needs than a B2B service firm, and you know how to make both feel like their marketing was made just for them.

Most importantly: you are a strategic thinker who loves to create. You think about what moves people, what builds brands, what drives results -- and you bring that instinct to every client you touch. You have a keen eye for detail. You're as comfortable developing a content strategy as you are writing copy, analyzing performance, or showing up on-site with a client to capture their story. You have experience with tailor-made marketing for B2B clients while still understanding the different needs for CPG and B2C audiences. You know how to wield AI tools to work smarter and faster without sacrificing quality or creativity. If marketing feels like a checklist to you, this isn't the role. If it's genuinely what you love -- the strategy, the storytelling, and the execution - keep reading.

This role is based in Denver, CO. You must be local. Our team works hybrid, with 2 days from home and the remainder in-office. You'll also have the opportunity to travel periodically for on-site client visits and content days, so comfort in a client-facing environment and behind a camera is a genuine requirement, not a bonus.

What You'll Do

Creative Strategy & Campaign Development

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with client and brand goals
  • Concept and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels
  • Translate brand positioning into compelling stories, visuals, and messaging frameworks
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and account teams to bring campaigns to life

Content Strategy & Client Immersion

  • Develop content strategies that start with a deep understanding of the client's business, audience, and goals - and flow through to web, blog, email, and social
  • Participate in on-site client visits where we embed ourselves in a client's world, learn their story, and capture content that reflects who they really are
  • Direct shot lists and creative flow during content production days
  • Manage content from capture through editing and final delivery
  • Produce platform-native content optimised for Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond

Copywriting & Email Marketing

  • Write sharp, on-brand copy for campaigns, social media, ads, landing pages, and more
  • Build and manage email marketing programmes - from strategy and segmentation to copy and reporting
  • Develop and A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and email flows to improve performance
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written touchpoints

Marketing Management

  • Manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and marketing deliverables
  • Track performance metrics and synthesise insights into actionable recommendations
  • Partner with clients or internal stakeholders to align on strategy, goals, and results
  • Leverage AI tools confidently and creatively to enhance output, speed, and consistency across channels
  • Stay current on trends in creative, content, and digital marketing.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing, content strategy, or creative role - agency experience preferred
  • Proven ability to execute marketing strategy and see campaigns through from brief to execution
  • Strong understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and email marketing - you don't need to be a specialist in all of them, but you need to know how they work together
  • Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio that demonstrates range and voice
  • Experience building and managing email marketing programmes (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Experience with paid social or digital advertising
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow - not as a shortcut, but as a genuine force multiplier
  • Experience with on-site content production - you've been in a client's world and know how to get the shot and read the room
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communicator: written, verbal, and visual
  • A collaborative, self-starter mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment
  • Based in Denver, CO and available for hybrid in-office work.

Nice to Haves

  • Background in brand strategy or creative direction
  • Familiarity with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI platforms
  • Experience working with B2B or industrial clients
