As a Marketing Manager at Bluesight, you'll strategize and execute multi-channel campaigns, develop engaging content, and analyze performance to support demand generation and brand initiatives.

Bluesight is looking for a strategic Marketing Manager who thrives as a hands-on generalist and is excited to build, execute, and optimize programs across the full marketing spectrum. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and day-to-day execution — from campaign planning and content development to event support, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll play a critical role in bringing Bluesight’s story to life, supporting demand generation and brand initiatives, and helping scale a growing healthtech company.
Demand Generation Campaign and Execution Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, content, social, events, and paid channels.
- Own campaign timelines, asset creation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Support product launches, webinars, conferences, and industry events (including ASHP).
- Oversee demand generation campaigns from start-to-finish, including whitepaper ideation, development, and distribution; webinar execution; conference support; and other lead generation campaigns
- Collaborate with colleagues on email marketing campaigns, copy creation, tracking success, and iteration
- Develop campaign strategy and critical metrics to track the launch and efficiency of campaigns.
Content Creation & Messaging Responsibilities
- Develop engaging content for all phases of the sales funnel to support penetration and conversion programs.
- Develop proper ROI messaging that is specific to each product and buyer persona.
- Benchmark content projected goals vs. actuals in terms of MQL to SQL conversions.
- Create and manage content such as whitepapers, blogs, emails, landing pages, and case studies.
- Translate complex healthcare and pharmacy topics into clear, compelling messaging.
- Ensure consistency of voice and brand across all channels.
Digital & Demand Support Responsibilities
- Collaborate with digital marketing manager on email marketing and marketing automation programs.
- Support lead capture, MQL creation, and nurture flows.
- Assist with website updates, SEO-friendly content, and conversion optimization.
Analytics & Optimization Responsibilities
- Track and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and pipeline influence.
- Use data to test, learn, and optimize programs over time.
Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with high-quality, timely execution
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to compile and analyze campaign data to inform decisions
- Problem solver who enjoys developing solutions in a clear and efficient manner
- Cross-functional collaboration competence; ability to adapt to work with a wide range of functions and stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills; confident and capable in delivering and defending recommendations and other information to varied audiences, including sales teams and executives
- Ability to write/edit persuasively, clearly, and succinctly
- Experience with data-driven organization required
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must be creative and resourceful, willing to learn or be familiar with design tools
- Healthcare background is a plus
