Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Toro’s multi-channel marketing strategy across digital, content, events, brand, and product marketing.
  • Plan and manage demand-generation campaigns to support pipeline growth for the revenue organization.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling collateral, messaging, and storytelling that communicates Toro’s value clearly and consistently.

  • Manage partnerships with external agencies and vendors to support execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure marketing efforts are optimized for growth and aligned to business goals.
  • Support planning and execution of industry events, conferences, and customer initiatives.
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all communication channels.

Skills / Experiences

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, demand generation, and brand strategy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market needs and deliver effective campaigns.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to inform strategy and measure success.
  • High emotional intelligence and collaboration skills; able to build trust and alignment across teams.
  • Positive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented attitude.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 401(k) policy managed by Empower
  • FFC Gym Membership ($150+/month value)
