Job Responsibilities :This position is a 6-month temporary assignment with THX, not Razer.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for providing support for the marketing department through a variety of marketing communications channels: print, digital, web, video earned, created, shared and paid.
This is a remote work position. Candidate must have reliable office space with high-speed, secure internet and privacy, and provide their own mobile phone service. THX will provide a working laptop and the marketing software tools needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform regular website review and updates of THX.com to keep messaging consistent and timely, including management of product, partner and venue databases coordinated with partner launches.
Support product and sales marketing programs by identifying and maintaining compelling product and marketing resources to support consumer education, sales enablement, and partner marketing, including one-sheets, messaging documents, slide decks, design assets, newsletters, social media assets, certificates, etc.
Manage THX Cision media monitoring database, including competitive coverage comparisons, THX earned media measurement, Google Analytics tie-ins, and industry monitoring.
Partner marketing coordination including creating shared asset folders, tracking and archiving messaging and partner campaigns, meeting note taking and action item tracking.
Design layouts for PPTs, social media, sales presentations, and other marketing collateral.
Create video snippets for social media organic content.
Coordinate THX email marketing (when this program is active) or other direct-to-consumer campaigns including alignment with strategy set by director, design, execution, and growth metrics.
Coordinate and conduct marketing research.
Manage THX Marketing collateral and swag inventories.
Coordinate marketing video and photo shoots under creative direction of Mkt Director.
Support Director by assisting across marketing and PR activities including media outreach (US region and global markets), message creation and measurement for earned media campaigns, and other marketing-specific initiatives.
Coordinate THX award campaigns.
Digital marketing includes creating social media content, assets, and campaigns both paid and organic. Managing Sprout Social for social media campaigns and measurement.
Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, with a strong focus on full-funnel strategy and execution.
Proven track record of driving measurable growth through integrated marketing campaigns across the entire customer journey.
Demonstrated success working in remote or distributed teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across time zones and digital platforms.
Strong self-management and organizational skills; able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
Salary Ranges (per annum):
