Opportunity for Impact

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience to lead and optimize demand generation and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a background in Higher Education or Behavioral Health; experience at an advertising agency is a plus—especially if it includes demand generation or webinar execution. This role is a unique blend of hands-on execution and strategic thinking, focusing on marketing initiatives such as webinars, personalized email campaigns, and marketing assets that drive awareness and conversion within Mantra’s funnel. You will be responsible for developing targeted marketing campaigns, managing end-to-end webinar execution, and continuously refining strategies to maximize engagement and impact.

As a mission-driven organization in the mental health and higher education space, our team requires consistent cross-functional collaboration across go-to-market, requiring a marketing leader who can navigate complexity and execute with precision.

This position offers a unique opportunity to develop high-impact marketing campaigns, collaborate with thought leaders in higher education and mental health, and help shape the future of student mental health support.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Strategy & Execution: Lead the execution of key marketing initiatives, including demand generation campaigns, content development, customer marketing programs, and Mantra’s webinar strategy. This includes sourcing panelists, developing compelling content, managing logistics, and driving audience engagement to support overall marketing and business goals.

Marketing Asset Development: Create compelling marketing materials alongside content marketing, including case studies, one-pagers, and thought leadership content, to support both acquisition and engagement efforts.

Demand Generation, Customer Marketing & Funnel Optimization: Develop targeted campaigns that move university stakeholders through the sales funnel and deepen engagement with existing partners. Tactics may include email nurtures, newsletters, social media, and webinar promotions.

Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer engagement, and webinar data, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Who You Are

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within behavioral health, higher education, or a mission-driven B2B organization. You’ve supported campaigns across the funnel and install base—from email and social to webinars and content.
  • You’re skilled at driving awareness and engagement through well-executed campaigns. You’ve managed demand generation initiatives, owned event logistics, and know how to get things done with excellence and efficiency.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and are comfortable managing multiple projects at once. You bring clarity to chaos and know how to keep teams aligned and on track.
  • You take ownership of your work and hold yourself accountable to outcomes. You’re proactive, resourceful, and constantly looking for ways to improve performance.
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in tools like HubSpot, Zoom Webinar, and Salesforce. You may have agency experience or have worked in a collaborative, “wear many hats” team environment.

Why Choose Mantra

  • Impactful Opportunity: Play a pivotal role in expanding Mantra Health’s reach within higher education, helping universities enhance student mental health support through effective marketing initiatives.
  • Professional Growth: Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with mentorship from leadership and exposure to strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborative Culture: Join a passionate, dedicated, and mission-driven team committed to making a difference in student mental health.
  • Career Advancement: Opportunity to grow within the organization as we scale, with potential to take on increased leadership and ownership of marketing programs.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits, including flexible work options, generous PTO, and comprehensive healthcare coverage.
