Developers and owners no longer need to run building wiring or install in-unit hardware. Property managers can grant building access, revoke permissions, and review entry logs from an online dashboard. ButterflyMX is hiring a Marketing Manager to serve as a strategic generalist and right hand to the Senior Marketing Director.

This is a high-impact role that will support and help lead a wide range of inbound and demand generation initiatives. You’ll help plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns that span multiple channels, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners to drive results. The ideal candidate is an experienced, proactive marketer who thrives on collaboration, has a strong creative and analytical mindset, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.

  • Support execution and oversight of the demand generation marketing mix, including social media, email marketing, events, content production, and media buying
  • Partner with the Senior Marketing Director to manage cross-functional initiatives and oversee campaign execution from start to finish
  • Own and manage partner marketing programs to increase engagement, leads, and revenue from integration and channel partners
  • Assist in the production of marketing content, including video, audio, and graphic design graphics
  • Travel 2-3 times per year to trade shows and events
  • Help optimize marketing performance by tracking KPIs, reporting on results, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Work with Sales, CX, and Product on various initiatives, including enablement, training, GTM, collateral, content creation, video production
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table to help improve processes, creative, and performance across all channels
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement on existing and future campaigns
Requirements
  • B.A / B.S degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role, with exposure to multiple marketing functions (e.g., email marketing, events, content, paid media, marketing automation)
  • Proficiency with data analysis in Excel 
  • Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, and Salesforce 
  • Experience managing cross-functional marketing campaigns or projects
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Hands-on experience planning and producing marketing content
  • Experience with media buying, email marketing, and campaign execution
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience working with media vendors
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, sales, and executive stakeholders
  • Proven experience with leveraging AI tools in both professional and personal settings. ButterflyMX is an AI -forward organization and the ability to optimize efficiency using AI is crucial in every role.
