We move fast; some people say it, but we mean it! This is a hyper-growth GTM org — we are a like-minded collective of builders, doers, and high-agency individuals. We work on the leading edge with companies to solve their most critical security & compliance challenges. If you want to be part of a team that moves fast  — and wins doing it — you're in the right place.

The Opportunity

We're looking for our first Marketing team member to own everything! – kidding… but seriously – You'll be a T-shaped marketing generalist who can both develop strategy and execute tactically on all marketing tasks, while also managing external agencies and contractors to scale our marketing efforts.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting directly to the CRO. You'll work closely with our sales team, subject matter experts, and leadership to accelerate growth.

GTM Enablement
  • Create customer case studies and success stories highlighting our unique value
  • Develop sales collateral and one-pagers for public offerings and service line information
  • Own the execution of public events, partner and field marketing
Agency & Vendor Management
  • Source, evaluate, and manage external agencies for content creation, paid advertising, and SEO
  • Coordinate with freelance writers, designers, and specialists to execute marketing campaigns
  • Manage agency relationships and ensure deliverables align with our positioning and brand
  • Build hybrid marketing model combining internal strategy with external execution
Content & Demand Generation
  • Partner with our executive team to develop content calendar
  • Oversee content creation through external agencies and freelancers
  • Develop event strategies to generate demand
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns through agency partners
Market Intelligence
  • Conduct customer interviews and market research to refine ICPs
  • Analyze buyer journey and optimize conversion touchpoints
  • Track competitive landscape and positioning shifts
Who You Are
  • Proven B2B Marketer - 4+ years of marketing experience at early-stage B2B SaaS companies (product marketing, demand gen, or growth marketing)
  • Outsourced agency manager - Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, and contractors
  • Ambitious domain scholar - Driven by an insatiable appetite to unpack dense industries, dismantle complex concepts, and master highly technical subject-matter expertise within cybersecurity and GRC.
  • High-velocity operator - Systematically prioritize and orchestrate a high volume marketing engine that matches the Workstreet business pace.
  • Autonomous startup operator - Deploy sharp problem-solving instincts to perform at a premium standard without standard corporate scaffolding, taking immediate initiative to navigate task load.

What will help you succeed

  • Direct execution inside GRC or Cybersecurity - Background in marketing information security software, risk assessment platforms, or specialized compliance ecosystems (specifically frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or EU AI Act)..
  • PMO level organization - As an army of one, you will need to run a tight ship with organization-wide coordination and planning.
  • Mastery of Hubspot - Maintain flawless data hygiene within Hubspot and how it is influenced by the marketing pipeline.
  • Partner selling proficiency - Professional experience in working with channel partners in a co-selling GTM motion. This motion is at the core of what we do. We need to ensure that our partners win alongside Workstreet winning.
What We Offer
  • Career Development: Clear path with mentorship and training opportunities.
  • Competitive Compensation: A competitive base salary with regular performance reviews linked to merit-based appraisals and bonus opportunities.
  • Growth Opportunity: Early-stage company with significant room for career advancement.
  • Remote-First Culture: Flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global team.
What You'll Need to Thrive
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders across global teams.
  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a professional home office environment that supports confidential conversations, virtual interviews, and uninterrupted collaboration.
  • Commitment to working a standard schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in your local time to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners while ensuring timely communication and support.
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally for occasional onsite meetings, team gatherings, or business activities as needed.

Hiring and Selection Process

  • Candidates must participate in live video interviews throughout the hiring process with camera on (non-negotiable) and be prepared to verify their identity during recruitment and onboarding.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of identity verification and background screening, where permitted by law.
  • Selected candidates will participate in structured interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to assess role fit, experience, and alignment with Workstreet’s operating principles.
  • Candidates will receive prompt updates and consistent communication throughout the interview process, ensuring a transparent, smooth, and engaging experience at every step.
