Universal Windows Direct one of the fastest growing home improvement companies in America. We specialize in marketing, sales, and installation of residential replacement windows, entry doors, siding, gutters, and gutter protection. Our marketing department specializes in running face-to-face marketing campaigns where we proactively work in the local community to generate interest in our products. Through venues, events, home shows and door-to-door canvassing we generate interest with homeowners about the benefits of replacement windows and offer them a free no obligation estimate. Universal Windows Direct is seeking a Field Market Manager to lead our canvassing and home show program.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Build a team of canvassers by recruiting from the local community. Set up interviews, facilitate on-boarding, and new hire training.
  • Staff Management: Maintain Universal Windows Direct New Hire Training. Teach new hires our canvassing techniques. Work with staff in individual and group settings with a focus on developing leaders. Cultivate a welcoming, motivating, high-performance, and productive atmosphere.
  • Canvassing: Canvass and work in the field with new and experienced staff and meet personal and team lead generation requirements.
  • Campaign Development: Scout neighborhoods based on demographic research, select canvassing areas and monitor performance.
  • Oversee Marketing Department and Home Shows: Order canvassing, venue, and home show materials as needed. Find and schedule home shows, fairs, and events and work booth with team.

Qualifications

  • One year of management experience in door-to-door / canvassing / face-to-face marketing.
  • One year of recruiting experience.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to self-manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent training/coaching skills.
  • Ability to analyze effectiveness of canvassing program and canvassing team.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Compensation: Salary plus Commission
