What We're Looking For
Why SuppCo + Function
SuppCo is on a mission to help people make sense of supplements and connect what they take to measurable outcomes in their bodies. Our platform helps users find high-quality products, optimize their stack, and understand what's actually working—powered by our proprietary TrustScore quality rating system, our StackScore routine analysis algorithm, and SuppIQ, our AI companion for personalized guidance.
Earlier this year, SuppCo was acquired by Function Health, the membership platform that gives people a complete picture of their health through lab biomarker testing and clinician-backed insights. It's a natural fit: Function shows you what's happening inside your body, and SuppCo helps you act on it with confidence. The full SuppCo team has joined Function for the long haul, and together we're building the most trusted health optimization experience anywhere—for millions of members.
This is a rare moment, as SuppCo and Function are launching a category-defining feature in late 2026 that will change how users buy supplements forever. You'd be joining an experienced founder-led team with a track record of building and scaling category-defining products, now backed by Function's reach, data, and membership base. The ambition is big, the runway is real, and the work matters.
The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager who understands mobile apps and e-commerce to own execution across all of SuppCo's brand marketing channels—email, content, social, influencer, and more. You'll be the connective tissue that keeps our channels coordinated, on-brand, and performing, turning strategy into shipped work week after week.
Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you won't just run SuppCo's channels. You'll work hand-in-hand with Function's brand marketing and lifecycle teams to align messaging, share creative, and drive member growth goals and offers across both SuppCo and Function Health. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge two complimentary missions that are coming together as one.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day execution across SuppCo's brand marketing channels: lifecycle and email, content, social and influencer.
- Plan and ship a steady cadence of campaigns—briefing, drafting, coordinating creative, scheduling, and launching—while keeping everything on-brand and on-time.
- Collaborate directly with Function Health's brand and lifecycle teams to align messaging, coordinate creative, and support cross-company member growth goals and offers.
- Build and run our influencer and creator program—identifying partners, scripting content, and managing relationships across doctors, athletes, nutritionists, trainers, and more.
- Own the email and lifecycle calendar: founder notes, product announcements, digests, and member offers that drive engagement and growth.
- Partner with content and science teams to turn SuppCo's data, TrustScore findings, and expert protocols into compelling, credible marketing.
- Track performance across channels, report on what's working, and turn insight into the next round of tests and improvements.
- Help define and protect a consistent brand voice as SuppCo and Function come together.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in brand, growth, or lifecycle marketing—ideally in consumer, health, wellness, or DTC, with real ownership of channels and outcomes.
- Hands-on operator who can move between strategy and execution: you can write the brief and ship the work.
- Strong writer with a sharp instinct for brand voice and channel-appropriate copy across email, social, and paid.
- Track record building or running influencer / creator programs.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and brands, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ship coordinated work.
- Analytical and outcome-oriented—you read the numbers and let them shape the next move.
- Excited about health, supplements, and helping people take a self-directed, data-informed approach to their wellbeing.
- Bonus: experience marketing a mobile-first consumer app or a membership / subscription product.
Why SuppCo + Function
- Join at a genuine inflection point—SuppCo's product and brand, now powered by Function's scale, data, and membership base.
- Work on something that helps people live healthier lives, with a brand-agnostic mission built on trust and transparency.
- Sit at the center of two brands and help shape how they grow together.
- Small, senior, product-focused team with a history of scaling lean and reaching meaningful outcomes.
