Our opportunity
 

This role is responsible for creating engaging, customer-centric product demos that clearly showcase how our solutions work and the business value they deliver. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management to understand complex features and translate them into intuitive, outcome-driven demo experiences for both sales enablement and website visitors. Additionally, you’ll lead the project management of product launches and releases, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:
 

Demo Development:

  • Design and build interactive product demos tailored to key personas and use cases.

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure demos reflect real-world scenarios and business outcomes.

  • Maintain a library of demo assets for use across sales, marketing, and web channels.

Sales Enablement:

  • Equip sales teams with demo scripts, walkthroughs, and training materials.

  • Ensure demos are aligned with messaging and objection-handling strategies.

  • Website Integration:

  • Partner with web and content teams to embed interactive demos on the website to drive engagement and conversion.

​Product Launch Management:

  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution of product launches and feature releases.

  • Develop launch plans, timelines, and deliverables across marketing, sales, and customer success.

  • Track and report on launch performance and adoption metrics.

  • Customer-Centric Storytelling:

  • Translate technical capabilities into clear, outcome-oriented narratives that resonate with both IT and business buyers.

  • Ensure demos and launch materials reflect the voice of the customer and real-world impact.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, product marketing, or sales enablement.

  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments.

  • Strong understanding of automation, AI agents, or intelligent systems.

  • Proven ability to simplify complex products into intuitive, engaging demo experiences.

  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Strong storytelling and communication abilities, especially for technical and business audiences.

  • Experience creating demos for both technical (IT/developer) and business (operations, support, finance) personas.

  • Familiarity with demo platforms, interactive content tools, and video production.

  • Background in managing product launches and GTM coordination.

The base salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $175,000 to $185,000 and outside of those locations is $160,000 to $170,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonus payments, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
